*Appointments can be scheduled by calling our office or online.
*If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will try to work you into the schedule or we may have to ask you to reschedule your appointment.
*No show policy -any appointment cancelled
without 24-hour notice will be marked as
no show
and you will be charged:
$50 for a sick and follow-up appointments
$100 for physical appointment.
